A few nights ago at work, someone gave me this little bag of what are apparently called "chow-mein noodles." I was super excited because this is what they give you (along with ketchup to dip them into) to snack on as you wait for your food at the Chinese restaurants in Tijuana...but I never before knew such a thing existed in the US of A. So I grabbed a couple of ketchup packets from the galley fridge and pretended for a few moments that I was back in Mexico...
